Dibon, Cava, Rose, Penedes
Dibon Brut Rosé is a bright fruity sparkling wine with a persistent bubble. From 100% Garnacha. The grape fermentation and maceration take place for three weeks at a controlled temperature and the wine stays in the cellar for more than 12 months to undergo a second fermentation in the bottle. Finally, the disgorging and dosage takes place and the expedition liqueur is added.
Practicing Organic, the Dibon is a crisp, dry, refreshing rose Cava with a subtle biscuity, toasty note. Fresh wild strawberry aromas and a hint of rosemary with fine, persistent bubbles, this is a delicious bubbly that’s perfect for parties but also pairs beautifully with grilled salmon or a wide array of desserts from vanilla semifreddo to dark chocolate ganache.
