Join us on Friday the 19th of June in Briju to experience Beef like you’ve never experienced it before. The idea of our tasting is to give you the chance to compare 4 cuts of local Beef from the same Cow paired with 4 mouthwatering wines from Funaro, a leading organic winery from Sicily. Head Chef Rafel Sammut will be preparing a tantalizing menu and explaining the difference between each cut, how to cook it , where it comes from and what makes it so different to each other one.

Each Portion will be paired with a specific wine from Funaro.
