This extra-powerful lipstick remover from black|Up removes even the most tenacious products (including non-smudging, waterproof and ink lipsticks).

Remove any excess product from your lips before applying the lipstick remover.
Leave on for 1 minute, then rub with a cotton pad. Repeat if necessary.
