Delivery

Delivery is free for orders of €50 and over.  There is a €5 delivery charge for orders under €50, which will be added automatically to your order when checking out.

Orders must be placed by 12pm CET to start processing on the same day, otherwise it will be processed the next day. Processing & delivery time usually takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).

Time is the rarest of commodities nowadays so Franks is helping you make the most of it. Choose your product from our website from the comfort of your own home and we’ll have it ready for you to collect it from the outlet that is most convenient for you.  Upon checkout, opt for the Click & Collect option and choose your preferred outlet.  You also have the option to pay beforehand or in store upon collection.  Once order is ready for pick up, you will receive an email that order has been ‘Completed’

Yes you can have the product directly delivered to the receiver – just include their address and phone number in the designated area when checking out.

Yes, it can.  Upon Check Out, just include your FRANKS Gold Card number in the allocated tab and points on your purchase will be added to your account accordingly.
