To use as conventional eye liner: hold the applicator at an angle and draw a thin line at the base of lashes, working from the inner corner of the eye towards the outer angle.
To enhance the eyes: apply along the base of lashes, filling in the spaces between each lash. This technique allows you to add volume to the lashes and create very natural-looking results.
