Once a week: cleanse your skin, apply Lotion and Serum(s), then use the Mask instead of the Cream.
1 ' Upper part of face: stretch the mask over the forehead by sliding the palms from the centre to the temples.
2 ' Lower part of the face: slide the hands over the mask from the chin up to the temples.
Leave for 10 minutes. Remove the 2 parts. Massage in the rest of the cream to ensure it is absorbed.
