Hyde 1922 – Single Malt, Rum Cask Finish
Triple distilled on a traditional coper pot still in 2012, to our very strict Hyde specification, from 100% malted barley, in one Irish distillery location. This Single Malt was then aged in 200L flame charred, ex-bourbon, oak casks sourced from Kentucky in the USA, before being transferred into 200L, flame charred, dark rum casks from Barbados in the Caribbean, for a further six months of finishing
